Delete your account

Request deletion of your Rota Fleet account and associated personal information. You can use this page without installing the rider app, including when your carrier has paused your rider access.

We verify and process requests within 30 days. We will remove your personal account and access data. Where carrier-controlled delivery records or legal obligations require some records to remain, we will explain what is retained and why.

This request does not immediately delete your account or cancel a paid workspace subscription. If you own a workspace, we will coordinate ownership, subscriptions and shared business records with you before completing deletion.
