Terms of service
Effective 17 October 2026
Using Rota Fleet
These terms cover the carrier workspace and Rota Rider provided by Rota Fleet Limited (LTD), RC 9587368, at 17 Nasir El Rufai Crescent, Guzape, Abuja. The service is for business users aged 18 or older. Anyone acting for a carrier must have authority to do so. A separate Enterprise agreement may specify additional terms and their order of precedence.
Rota provides coordination software. Carriers remain responsible for their delivery services, staff and riders, goods, customer commitments and delivery payments. Rota does not become the carrier by recording an assignment or completed job.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information, protect accounts and devices, assign appropriate access and remove access when no longer needed. Carriers are responsible for the information they enter, the lawful use of customer and workforce data, and required notices and permissions for location sharing and photographs.
Do not use Rota for unlawful deliveries, fraud, harassment, unauthorized surveillance, infringement, harmful content or defeating access controls. Only upload content relevant to legitimate operations. Riders must not interact with the app when doing so would be unsafe.
Features and availability
Features, limits and support depend on the plan or written agreement. A status, image or payment entry is an operational record and does not independently prove receipt of goods or money. Maps, notifications and location updates depend on networks, devices and service providers; delays and outages can occur. Keep an alternative way to coordinate urgent work. Rota is not an emergency or personal-safety service.
Subscriptions and payments
Starter is ₦35,000 per month and Premium is ₦75,000 per month. These are total monthly checkout prices including applicable taxes. Availability, current limits and the billing period are shown before checkout; Enterprise pricing is agreed individually. Paid checkout may be unavailable while payment activation is pending.
Where you authorize recurring billing, renewal continues until cancelled through the billing process. Cancelling renewal preserves access until the paid period ends. Under the current rollout policy, switching paid plans happens after expiry, without prorated overlapping subscriptions. Existing qualifying subscriptions retain their contracted price under the legacy-pricing policy.
We give at least 30 days’ notice of future price changes. Contact hello@rotafleet.com for refund requests; we review the circumstances and preserve statutory rights. If payment is not confirmed, paid access may expire at the end of the paid period. Delivery-fee and cash-ledger entries are your carrier’s records, separate from platform subscription charges.
Content and privacy
You and other rights holders retain ownership of submitted content. You authorize Rota and necessary providers to host, process and display it to deliver and secure the service and carry out lawful instructions. Our privacy notice describes personal-information handling. Maintain appropriate copies of essential business records; export options depend on the implemented feature and plan.
Access and account closure
Access may be restricted to address compromised accounts, abuse, unlawful activity or serious breaches. Contact us to request review or resolve an access issue. Carrier administrators separately control their staff and rider access.
Cancelling renewal or pausing rider access does not delete all operational records. Use the account-deletion page to request closure. We verify identity and manually fulfill requests within 30 days, explaining retained carrier-controlled or legally necessary records. Workspace ownership, subscriptions and shared business records may require coordination before completion.
Questions, disputes and changes
Contact hello@rotafleet.com about support, a dispute or these terms. We will work with you to understand and address the issue. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. We communicate material changes before they take effect where required by the applicable agreement or law; the price-change notice above applies to future pricing changes.
